Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China has been updated since 1 January 2011. The new Form includes Main Form (Form V.2011A) and Supplementary Visa Application Form (Form V.2011B).

Any applicant should fill out Form V.2011A truly and completely.

If you are applying to work or study in China, or if someone else travelling with you shares the same passport, or if you are applying for a visa in a country or territory other than the country of your current nationality, you should fill out the Supplementary Visa Application Form(Form V.2011B).

The application form should be filled out completely on the computer  and then printed.

Notes:

1. Visa Office of the Chinese Embassy will be open on morning every Monday, Wednesday  and Friday (holidays excluded), from 09:00-12:00am.

2. It will take five working days for the Embassy to check and issue an normal visa, for example, you apply on Monday, and will get your visa next Monday. Express visa will be given only to those with urgent reason or emergency situation. Applicants are advised to submit their visa-applications two weeks before their expected departure date. 

3.Visa fees:

Normal fees:

K150,000 for normal single-entry visa

K230,000 for normal double-entry visa

K300,000 for normal 6-month-multiple-entry visa

*K700,000 for USA passport for any type of visa

Extra Charge:

K200,000 for 2 working days

K250,000 for 1 working days

4. All visa fees should be paid by the applicant at Bank of China Lusaka Branch. The Visa Office does not receive any cash or cheque for visa payment.
